University of Málaga, Spain (ranked 801-900 in ARWU, 2025 edition) together with Danubius International University of Galati and Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences will organize on November 14, 2025 the 15th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE: “PERSPECTIVES OF BUSINESS LAW IN THE THIRD MILLENNIUM”.

CALL FOR PAPERS

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:

The Conference is a platform of international legal debate that examines recent developments and prospects for development of business law. The Conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the legal education space and from the practitioners of law, encouraging presentation both scientific papers of international interest covering comparative law, international business and human rights, European Union law, international trade law, public international law, as and scientific papers to highlight the particularities of national law.
At the Conference may participate, both the people who want to submit a scientific paper, as well as the people who just want to hear the debate, without the submission of scientific papers.
The Conference organizers invite all those interested in participating in one of the four sections to complete the Registration form until November 6, 2025.
The submitted papers must fit into the theme of the Conference and comply with the provisions of the Authors' Guide.
The papers are checked with an anti-plagiarism software.
The Conference does not accept articles in which the text is generated using artificial intelligence. Articles are checked for the use of artificial intelligence using GPTZero software.
The papers accepted at the conference will be published in one of the partner publications. For details on the Conference publications click here. The selection of the papers is made by the Scientific Council of the conference together with the editors of the publications.
The authors have the opportunity to submit a second scientific paper at the Conference paying an additional fee. For details click here.
