The Law Department of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences will organize on November 2, 2012 the 2nd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE:

CALL FOR PAPERS

The Conference is a platform of international legal debate that examines recent developments and prospects for development of business law in its two levels: public law and private law. The Conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the legal education space and from the practitioners of law, encouraging presentation both scientific papers of international interest  covering comparative law, European Union law, international trade law, public international law, as and scientific papers to highlight the particularities of national law.
The Conference organizers invite all jurists interested in participating in one of the two sections to complete the registration form and send it no later than September 28, 2012 by email office@businesslawconference.ro

- professor Pavel Năstase, Rector of the Bucharest University  of Economic Studies
- professor Brândușa Ștefănescu, Vice-President of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration.
- professor Smaranda Angheni, Rector of the "Titu Maiorescu" University, Bucharest
- Nicolae Turcu, Chairman of the Department of Private Law of the Legislative Council of Romania.
- professor Mircea Duțu, Director of Legal Research Institute of the Romanian Academy
