The Law Department of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences will organize on November 15-16, 2013 the 3rd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE:

CALL FOR PAPERS

Keynote speakers at the opening of the Conference:
- professor Pavel Năstase, Rector of the Bucharest University  of Economic Studies
- professor Magda Volonciu, University „Titu Maiorescu”, Faculty of Law
- professor Verginia Vedinaș, University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law
- professor Ioan Condor, former president of the Romanian Court of Accounts
- associate professor Crenguța Leaua, Romania's representative to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris

The Conference is a platform of international legal debate that examines recent developments and prospects for development of business law. The Conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the legal education space and from the practitioners of law, encouraging presentation both scientific papers of international interest  covering comparative law, European Union law, international trade law, public international law, as and scientific papers to highlight the particularities of national law.

The Conference organizers invite all jurists interested in participating in one of the three sections to complete the registration form and send it no later than October 20, 2013 by email office@businesslawconference.ro .

During the Conference will be organized and exploratory Workshop:
The planning for successful academic and research career in the legal field”.

Participation in the workshop is free for those who have registered at the Conference, in limited places available.

According to the decision of the Scientific Committee, a participant can submit at the Conference only one scientific paper as sole author or coauthor, in one of  the three sections. Eligible participants will be able to register a second paper at the exploratory Workshop: „The planning for successful academic and research career in the legal field”.

    confirmation of the scientific papers to be presented at the Conference.
